A Note From Jim Olsen, HIPinc President

When a potential customer has an opportunity for HIPinc, we are honest about what we think is best for them. If we know that one of their employees can do better than us, we tell them. If we have any concerns about our ability to do less than a superior job, we tell them.We will even recommend other contract help if that is what they need.

Our consulting sales have been by word of mouth. I believe our sales success has been because of our honest approach, along with our reputation for understanding how to run large programs, do business, and win jobs.

Trust and integrity is a core principle in our ethics policy. We insist on it with all of our employees and subcontractors.

When we provide consulting services, the customer gets the experience of the entire team. Members of our team have been successful in starting and running businesses, marketing, sales, writing, engineering, engineering management, supply chain, and running large development programs and proposals. So, even when we are providing Data Management, we bring people that can go above and beyond to make our customer and their employees a success.

We are used to being embedded. Rather than simply providing skills, our customer gets a team that has worked together before and knows how to fit into the customer's organization and process.

We are used to working on difficult and challenging programs both large and small. So, whether it is a $4,000 grant for a non-profit or a $4 billion proposal, we are on familiar ground.

Our mission is the customer's mission. That is to make the program or proposal a success. It is also to make our customer's employees a success. We pursue those goals with dogged determination. Thus, the customer may hear what he needs to hear rather than what he wants to hear.

Our team brings not only superior skills and experience, they bring the mental and emotional commitment to make our customer a success. That is the HIPinc difference.
